Returns

Just South West will exchange or refund any full price item purchased through justsouthwest.com with the exception of any framed print orders, as long it is in the original packaging, with original tags and stickers attached. For art prints; as long as they are unmarked and the packaging is not tampered with. 

Discounted items, including items marked SALE can be returned for an exchange or online store credit, but cannot be returned for a refund.

Items purchased using online Laybuy cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or an online credit.

Frame orders cannot be returned for refund, so please choose carefully. If you have any questions before purchasing, please email stacey@justsouthwest.com to discuss any time. 

Notice that you wish to return something must be sent to stacey@justsouthwest.com within 14 days of purchase date. The returned items will be assessed to ensure it meets the above criteria before a refund or exchange is processed.

In the situation where an item is received damaged during shipping, notification is required immediately on receiving so that Just South West can have solution put in motion. 

Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Just South West is not liable for the loss of items being returned. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method and take note of your tracking number.

Just South West cannot accept any returns back of a Just South West product which has been purchased from a Just South West stockist. Purchases which you wish to return must be returned back to the store it was purchased from, and it is then under the original stores policies.
